Iraqi boy has surgery in Amman

Luay_photo4On November 11, 2009 6-year-old Luay Khalid Naji from Heet in the Al-Anbar Province in Iraq had maxillofacial surgery at the Specialty Hospital in Amman, Jordan by Dr. Khaled Abughazaleh from Chicago. Dr. Abughazaleh is a member of the PCRF medical advisory board and was in Jordan on his way to a surgery mission in the West Bank through the PCRF. Luay was born with congenital deformities of his face and could not be treated in Iraq. The PCRF paid for this transportation to Jordan, covered his housing there with his mother and paid $3,000 for his operation.
