An American plastic surgery mission led by Dr. Randy Smith returned to Palestine on his annual humanitarian mission with anesthesiologist Dr. Chip Storey and nurse Rebecca Smith to start a week treating burned children at Al Kuwaiti Hospital in Ramallah. They screened 95 children today and will start surgery tomorrow. There are hundreds of children in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in need of reconstructive surgery not available to them locally.
