Container of Humanitarian Aid Arrives in Turkey for Syrian Refugees

Syrian refugees inside Turkish camps will receive much-needed supplies and necessities to help them through the upcoming cold winter months. A statewide effort was coordinated Palestine Children's Relief Fund Delaware chapter to fill a 40-foot shipping container with supplies for the refugees. Truckloads of clothing, bedding, hats, coats, boots, shoes and much more were collected by churches and organizations, including the Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware, Epworth United Methodist Church, St. Peter's Episcopal Church, the New Life Thrift Shop and the Progressive Democrats of Sussex County. We are very proud of our chapter in Delaware for leading this important humanitarian effort, which is arriving just in time for the harsh winter days. - See more at: http://pcrf.net/Container-of-Humanitarian-Aid-Arrives-in-Turkey-for-Syrian-Refugees.html#sthash.VHWMGICI.dpuf
