Two missions to northern West Bank treat dozens of children
On June 12th, a 4-member team of doctors from the USA arrived in the West Bank town of Tulkarem and another 4-member international team went to Nablus to provide free treatment on dental and maxillofacial patients who otherwise would not get the care that they needed locally.

American Surgeon Completes Mission to Hebron
On June 6, Dr. James Starling, a general surgeon from the University of Wisconsin, completed his second mission to Palestine through the PCRF in the past year.


Hand Surgeon Treats Palestinian Refugee Children in Lebanon
On June 5th, Dr. Jose Monsivais from El Paso, Texas arrived in Lebanon for a week of providing free hand surgery on Palestinian refugees at Haifa Hospital in the Bourj Al Barajna refugee camp.

Eye surgery team treats several dozen of patients in Nablus

In Mid-May, a 3-person team of ophthalmic surgeons and nurses arrived in Rafidiah Hospital for a week of cataract surgery on poor people in the Northern West Bank.

While the PCRF continues to sponsor surgery missions to the Middle East, we also sponsor many other kinds of humanitarian relief and aid for children on the ground in the Middle East.

Kiwi surgeon finishes a month of
saving lives in Palestine

On May 28th, Dr. Alan Kerr, a senior cardiac surgeon from Greenlane Hospital (ret.) in Auckland, New Zealand finished a month-long mission of providing pediatric cardiac surgery on dozens of sick babies at Makassed Hospital on the Mount of Olives in East Jerusalem.

Pediatric surgery mission completes mission in Palestine
On May 2, a two-member team from New Jersey completed a week of pediatric surgery on children with congenital malformations at Ramallah Hospital in the West Bank.


Italian heart surgery team saves the lives of children in Palestine
On April 18, a 4-member team of doctors and nurses from the Tuscany region of Italy arrived in Palestine for a week of pediatric cardiac surgery on babies born with congenital heart disease.

On April 4th, a large delegation of doctors and nurses from the USA and Chile completed a mission to the West Bank in which they provided free urological surgery at Hebron, Ramallah and Rafidiah government hospitals in Nablus.

Italian team completes third mission of 2009
On June 6, the third mission from Messa, Italy, led by surgeon Dr. Vincenzo Luisi started another week of cardiac surgery at Makassed Hospital in East Jerusalem.


17 Injured children arrive in Dubai for treatment

On April 15, seventeen injured children from the West Bank and Gaza Strip, many of them injured during Israel's January assault on Gaza, arrived in Dubai, the U.A.E. to start treatment that is not available to them locally.
