On July 15, Dr. Abdul Rahman Marridi, an orthopedic surgeon from Ramallah, started his fellowship training in hand surgery at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore India. This is through the sponsorship of the PCRF as part of our ongoing Pediatric Orthopedic Education and Training (POET) program to build a pediatric orthopedic department at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah. Ganga Hospital has the biggest Hand and reconstructive microsurgery department in all of india, with 60 bed and five operation theaters. The Head of the department is Dr. S.
