UK Dental Mission Arrives in Jordan

This week, a four-member team of dentists from the UK-based NGO Dental Aid Network (DNA) arrived in Jordan to provide dental care for refugee children who do not have access to treatment. Led by Dr. Omar Iqbal, the team included volunteers Dr. Afran Ahmad, Dr. Hasan Ali and Dr. Elham Kateeb. The team is accompanied by four dental students from Jordan University, Dr. Ibrahim Khatib, Dr. Tala Ghishan, Dr. Louai Hadad, and Dr. Areen Afghani. The mission will treat refugees in Hanan Hospital in central Amman and Cabanamur Clinic in northern Amman. The PCRF has worked with DNA in the past to provide care for hundreds of children in Palestine.
