This week, American neurosurgeon Dr. Ian Mutchnick is volunteering at the European Gaza Hospital in the Gaza Strip on his second medical mission with the PCRF, to provide training for local surgeons and to treat patients who need neurology surgery. The team consists of Dr. Ian Mutchnick a pediatric neuro surgeon, Dr. Asma Taha a pediatric ICU nurse and Dr. Hasan Ismael an anesthesiology who volunteered dozens of time with the PCRF. This is part of the PCRF's ongoing effort to improve the quality of medical care in Palestine by training staff and helping the most urgent patients.
