This week, Dr. Todd Heaton, a pediatric surgeon from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York returned to the Palestine Medical Complex in the West Bank town of Ramallah to provide surgery on patients and training for local surgeons. Dr. Heaton volunteered last year with the PCRF in Gaza and is supporting the development of oncological surgical training for local doctors.
