This week, Australian ophthalmic surgeon Dr. Francis Nathan returned on his twentieth mission to provide sight-saving surgery for patients at Rafidia Hospital in Nablus. Dr. Francis Nathan is an eye surgeon from Adelaide, Australia who donates his time to train local doctors and has provided thousands of Palestinian and Syrian patients sight-saving surgery. This is part of the PCRF's ongoing effort to improve the quality of medical care in Palestine by training staff and helping the most urgent patients.
