This week, the PCRF is helping to sponsor and organize the second volunteer mission of Deaf Planet Soul, an American NGO helping to provide poor refugee children in Lebanon hearing aids. The team is comprised of Gregory Perez, Language Acquisition Specialist, Zaineb Abdulla: Mental Health Professional, Chelsea Bundy, ASL interpreter, audiologists Dr. Richard Bicbic and Dr. Tasnim Hamza, as well as Dr. Jodi Little and Dr. Farah Dubaybo. Hundreds of deaf refugee children will be provided free hearing aids through this mission.
