This project is a collaboration between PCRF and Fajr Scientific to undertake joint replacement surgery that will restore function and relieve pain for the residents of Gaza and the West Bank where there is a significant need. Collaboration of these two organizations will also serve to advance the training of trainees and physicians to independently provide such high-end complex orthopedic care in their respective communities. The fundraiser would be a critical means for attaining the above goals by providing the economic support for medical team travel as well as the purchase of high-end implants that are currently lacking.
