21-month-old Maria from the West Bank town Nablus arrived in Delaware this week for surgery she cannot get in Palestine. Maria was born with a venous malformation that will be treated at Nemours Children's Hospital. Maria and her mother are being hosted by the PCRF Delaware Chapter, who have cared for many children in the past. The PCRF is the main non-profit in the world arranging free medical are for sick and injured children who cannot be treated in their homeland.
