This week, a French doctor and nurse from Medicalized Dialysis Hemodialysis Centrein Dourdan north Paris arrived in Lebanon through the PCRF to start providing training and support for local staff in the new dialysis department that the PCRF participated in funding two years ago in the Badawi refugee camp. Nephrologist Dr. Mimi Kareche and nurse Valerie Gorse Dehame are visiting not only the clinic in Badawi camp but other locations in Lebanon to help train local staff and to provide a needs assessment for the PCRF to help support better services for refugee patients there.
