10-year-old Toqa Iqnaibi from the West Bank town of Hebron was born with multiple orthopedic deformities in her back and lower limbs, leaving her in pain and unable to function. She could not be treated in Palestine, so the PCRF arranged for her to travel to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children. Toqa will be under the care of our PCRF Southern California Chapter and friends. We wish Toqa well and thank the entire Southern California community for opening their homes to care for Toqa while she undergoes this care.
