This week, Dr. Mike Cooper, a pediatric cardiologist from the Bay Area of California, returned to the Huda Al Masri Pediatric Cancer Department in Beit Jala to provide screening for children with leukemia and other cancers, as well as to continue to help support the training of the local staff. Dr. Cooper has been on over a dozen volunteer missions for the PCRF and helped to screen hundreds of children with heart issues.
