Vivian R. Khalaf, a Jerusalem-born lawyer and community leader, currently serves as the
Chairman of the Board at The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). With over thirty years of
experience in immigration and nationality law, Vivian has built an impressive career representing
clients from across the Middle East, with a focus on aiding refugees and those seeking political
asylum. Notably, she played a significant role in the 2020 Doe v. Trump class-action lawsuit.
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Vivian is
also a dedicated community servant, holding board positions at the Arab-American Bar
Association (AABAR), the Arab-American Voters Alliance (AMVOTE), and the Arab-American
Business and Professional Association (AABPA). Her exceptional work has earned her several
accolades, including the 2021 "Voices For Justice" award and the Chicago Bar Association's
