Medical Missions: A Legacy of Healing
Medical Missions: A Legacy of Healing

For decades, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) has been at the forefront of delivering specialized medical care to vulnerable communities. Through hundreds of medical missions, we have brought volunteer doctors and nurses from around the world to provide life-saving treatments in fields such as pediatric surgery, orthopedics, hand surgery, maxillofacial surgery, and more. Our medical missions deliver immediate relief to patients in urgent need while also building sustainable healthcare local capacity for the future.

In March 2024, PCRF resumed its emergency medical missions in Gaza, completing seven missions in 2024, in close coordination with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Emergency Medical Teams Coordination Cell (EMTCC) in Cairo. These efforts prioritize both efficiency and the safety of our medical teams.

In 2024 alone, PCRF successfully completed 16 medical missions across the West Bank, Jordan, and Lebanon, with additional missions planned. These missions bridge the gap in essential healthcare, ensuring that children receive the specialized care they desperately need.

How You Can Help

Every donation—no matter the amount—helps ensure that volunteer doctors can continue delivering life-saving medical care where it’s needed most.

These expert medical professionals selflessly donate their time and skills to treat children who would otherwise have no access to specialized care. To make these missions safe and possible, PCRF manages the logistics, medical supplies, and operational costs, allowing doctors to focus entirely on urgent cases while ensuring their safety throughout the mission.

  • Covering the cost of one doctor for a full four-week mission requires an average of $4,850.
  • Sponsoring an entire team of four medical professionals for a month-long mission costs an average of $19,400.

Your donations support the life-saving efforts of these doctors and help provide critical medical care to those in need.
