Join us for our first online cooking class event with the lovely Chef Deema Hajjawi, LIVE from her kitchen in Amman, Jordan. Chef Deema will guide us through a step-by-step recipe to a Taste Of Palestine, perfect for a ladies Sob7iyyeh.
*Ingredients will be shared in advance with all confirmed attendees.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Newborns and preterm infants in Gaza at the Naser Medical Complex in Khan Younis and Al-Hilal Al-Emarati Hospital in Rafah. In many cases, the parents are unable to provide milk for their children.
This project's goals are to:
- Improve overall health conditions by strengthening their immunity.
- Increase the weight of newborns, and reduce the chances of permanent disability.
- Reduce mortality rates among newborns.
- Reduce the financial burden on families.
- Supply special milk for these babies.
