In light of the profound losses in Gaza, PCRF UIUC warmly invites you to attend the second annual PCRF UIUC Gala – From Soil to Stem. Join us on Saturday, February 1st, at 6:00 PM for an evening dedicated to honoring the families tragically lost and standing in solidarity with Gaza.
Nada Suhail, a pediatric dentist who left Gaza five months ago, will share her firsthand experience of working in Gaza and provide insight into the ongoing crisis, highlighting how PCRF’s efforts are making a tangible impact on the ground.
The evening will feature a dinner catered by Al Bawadi Restaurant, with additional treats from Nood Coffee Cart and Selma’s Sweets. Guests will also enjoy a live painting session, with the completed artwork to be auctioned off live. In addition, there will be a silent auction offering items such as Palestinian tatreez, jewelry, and more.
All proceeds from the evening, including both auctions, will benefit the PCRF Urgent Gaza Relief Fund.
- Doors open at 5:45 PM. To respect our speakers, doors will close promptly at 6:30 PM.
Please note the new event address. For inquiries, please contact Amal Hasan at [email protected] or reach out via Instagram @pcrfuiuc.
