Ms. Haya Shubailat

Ms. Shubailat is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in strategic
planning, business development, and project management across law, education, youth
empowerment, and workforce development. She co-founded Edvise ME, a leading development
consulting company, after serving as a Project Management Specialist at USAID. Prior roles
include significant positions at the American Bar Association, Middle East Center for Culture
and Development, and Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-ORG). With her multilingual
capabilities in Arabic, English, and French, Ms. Shubailat brings a global perspective to her
work, making her an invaluable asset to any board.
