The PCRF Raleigh Chapter is proud to honor Dr. Bilal Saib with the Dr. Musa and Shaila Nasir Humanitarian Award for his direct medical treatment to PCRF children abroad, having been on over 15 mission trips. Dr. Saib is also an active volunteer in the local chapter.
