Led a 9 member team of doctors and nurses from Italy into Gaza to start a mission in pedictric cardiac surgery at the europeans Hosptial in Khan Younis. Before this Dr. Luisi had led 30 missions and performed over 300 life saving surgeries on children in West Bank and Gaza.
