On Saturday, October 23, over 150 runners and walkers from all over the Columbus area participated in PCRF-OSU’s 2022 Walk/Run event! The event included activities for all ages. Attendees enjoyed an active autumn morning with snacks, raffles, t-shirts, and a beautiful trail through the fall foliage.
This event raised much-needed funds for Wajd, a young girl in PCRF’s One-Time Surgical Sponsorship program who suffers from a neurogenic bladder and needs urological surgery. The cost of surgery is approximately $3,300, and we are proud of the PCRF-OSU for exceeding their fundraising goal! We are thankful to the PCRF-OSU Student club who worked hard to organize this event, and to their parent chapter, PCRF-Columbus who supported the initiative. Many thanks to the Columbus Community’s heartwarming support for PCRF.
