Important Information
- Expenses Volunteers Are Responsible For: Hotel & Airfare
- Room Rate: $184 night + State Tax + $5 destination fee
- Expenses Covered By PCRF: Meals during conference and conference-organized outings.

- Transportation: Rideshare apps (Uber or Lyft).
- Who Will Be Joining Us? PCRF staff from Palestine, Egypt, and the USA will be joining our Chapters conference.
Since 2012, we have been dedicated to organizing our Chapter's Conference over a weekend in cities where we have active chapters. This year, we are thrilled to host the Chapters' Conference in Jacksonville, providing a unique opportunity for all chapter presidents and steering committee members who are able to travel.
This gathering is a special time for us to connect in person, foster meaningful relationships, and strengthen the bonds that make us a PCRF family. We look forward to gathering with you and charting a path for our continued growth and impact together.
