Raghad from South Gaza, eleven-years-old, was born with congenital deformities in her bilateral lower extremities. She traveled with PCRF to the United States in 2018, and she underwent lower limbs amputations surgeries and a rehabilitation program and received the appropriate prosthesis. Since then the PCRF has continued to provide her support, now part of the amputee program, recent coordination was made with Hamad Hospital Rehabilitation to get a suitable prosthesis for her and to help train her to walk using the prosthesis on various surfaces to help her return to her normal life.
