Dr. Hussam Basheer’s Medical Mission and Lifesaving Surgeries Amidst Gaza's War

In the heart of Gaza's relentless war, Kuwaiti hand surgeon Dr. Hussam Basheer continues to perform complex surgeries on the wounded, despite a critical shortage of surgical tools. For 20 days, Dr. Hussam served at the Indonesian Hospital in Northern Gaza, sharing the same hardships as the local residents, with limited access to essential supplies, food, and healthcare. Now at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, South Gaza, he remains unwavering in his dedication to performing life-saving surgeries, delivering vital relief to his patients. The PCRF is resolute in its commitment to sending volunteer medical missions to Gaza and across the Middle East, ensuring that injured and sick children receive the urgent care they so desperately need, while standing in solidarity with the local medical teams.
