Earlier this summer sixteen-year old Adam from Gaza arrived in Kansas City to receive prosthetic leg after suffering a gunshot injury last year. He was accepted for care at Decker Integrated Orthotics and Prosthetics by prosthetist Loren Decker.  With the help of the Steps of Faith Foundation, who is cosponsoring Adam’s care, the boy will receive his first prosthetic since his injury. He was able to take the new leg to his host family to practice walking. Yesterday Adam had his final adjustments and is preparing to return home to Gaza soon.
