Iraqi Boy Has Orthopedic Surgery in Los Angeles

Layth Jallow is a 17-year-old from Iraq who was brought to Los Angeles by the PCRF to correct the congenital deformity in both his legs, which caused him pain and prevented him from walking normally. A few months ago he underwent surgery and had an external leg fixator attached to correct his deformity. This week, Layth had the fixator removed and will begin the road to full recovery. He is being treated at the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children under the care of Dr. Monthakan Ratnarathom, and is being cared for by the PCRF Southern California chapter. - See more at: http://pcrf.net/Iraqi-Boy-Has-Orthopedic-Surgery-in-Los-Angeles.html#sthash.vOmw0obO.dpuf
