In July, 520 children in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt received critical surgical treatment through PCRF’s Surgical Sponsorship Program, helping them access the care they need to improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. Among them was Adham, a one-and-a-half-year-old child from Salfit in the West Bank, who was facing a health condition that required surgical care. Through PCRF’s programme, Adham received the treatment he needed at an early age, helping address his condition and reduce the risk of future complications that could affect his health and quality of life in the long run. His mother shared that he is now in good health following the procedure. Through the continued support, PCRF helps ensure more children can receive essential surgeries and move toward healthier futures.
