This week, a two-member American pediatric neurosurgery team returned to the Gaza Strip to provide expert care for patients and training for local surgeons. Led by Dr. Ian Mutchnick and nurse Ann Arbor from Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY, they have volunteered on three past missions with PCRF at the European Gaza Hospital.
