Six Syrian Refugees Sponsored for Surgery in Lebanon

This week, six Syrian refugees in Lebanon underwent ENT surgery at Siblin Governmental Hospital through the sponsorship of the PCRF. The operations were performed by Dr. Wael Abou Akel, who has worked with the PCRF in the past in treating children. These refugee kid's families are too poor to cover their operations, so the PCRF arranged for their care through our "One-Time Sponsorship" program. The children are four-year-old Ali, eleven-year-old Dareen, three-year-old Fadel, eight-year-old Doha, thirteen-year-old Adel, and three-year-old Mohab. Hundreds of Syrian refugees have had surgery this year in Jordan and Lebanon through the PCRF. We support the care of children in the Middle East regardless of their religion or nationality.
