Two-months-old Ali Al Bakour is a Syrian child from Halab living in Shhem in Lebanon. The PCRF sponsored inguinal hernia repair surgery for Ali at Siblin Governmental Hospital by Dr. Abdallah Al Hajj, through the PCRF's Syrian Children's Relief Project. The PCRF helps children regardless of their nationality or religion, based on their basic needs.
