This week, Texas Scottish Rite in Dallas hand surgeon Dr. Scott Oishi and anesthesiologist Dr. Cynthia Woerz returned to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah to provide training for a local surgeon, Dr. Abdulrahman Marridi, who PCRF sent to India for a fellowship, and to help treat complex patients. Both have provided their humanitarian support for PCRF missions in the past, and are an integral part of our effort to build up sustainable surgical services in Palestine.
