A 22-year-old from Khan Yunis, Southern Gaza
"I am passionate about football and have had the privilege of representing Palestine in various matches, including those held in France. At the age of seventeen, my life took a drastic turn when my right leg was amputated. I traveled abroad for treatment, and due to the circumstances, I had to delay in registering for university and continuing my education. Upon returning to Gaza, I made the decision to pursue my university education. I enrolled in the field of secretarial and medical records. Now, I recognize that this challenging period became the source of my inner strength. It ignited within me a deep desire to bring peace and smiles to people's faces. It inspired me to take action and join my friends in the "We Can" team, where our collective aim is to bring happiness and assistance to others."
