Dr. Stocks is the medical director for the Houston chapter of PCRF (Palestine Children’s Relief Fund). He has been a supporter of the PCRF for several years and as an orthopedic specialist, he has led several training medical missions to Palestine. He has been instrumental in bringing several children to Houston for free medical care and also generously opened his home to host two young sisters who required reconstructive surgery.
