This week, a three-member team from Chile and Costa Rica returned to the Thabet Thabet Hospital to provide maxillofacial surgery on special needs children in Tulkarem area. Led by Chilean surgeon Dr. Maria de los Angeles Fernandez, who has volunteered for many years for the PCRF, as well as her colleagues surgeon Dr. Luis Alvarez Varela and anesthesiologist Dr. Juan Pablo Álvarez. The team have treated hundreds of children during their many missions to Palestine through the PCRF.
