Ali is 3-year- old Syrian refugee from Idlib who we sponsored for pediatric surgery by Dr. Ibrahim Fakih at Al Raee Hospital in Lebanon. Hundreds of refugee children are funded for surgery by PCRF in Lebanon and Jordan through our One-Time Surgery program.
