This week Texas hand surgeon Dr. Jose Monsivais and Florida anesthesiologist Dr. Kevin Healey returned to the Palestine Medical Complex to continue to provide hand surgery for needy patients and training for local surgeons. Both have volunteered on dozens of past surgery trips to the Middle East and treated hundreds of patients.  This month PCRF’s holiday campaign is raising funds to support our medical missions to the region.
