This week, PCRF delivered a $30,000 autoclave to the Bahraini Pediatric Hospital at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah as part of our ongoing effort to support the development of a pediatric cardiac surgery program there.  Past missions spoke about the issue of infection control for sick babies, so PCRF stepped in to purchase this machine through the generous support of donors all over the world.  The machine is next to the OR at PMC and enables better access and better sterilization of instruments for this complex area of surgery for poor and needy children.
