The French hand surgery mission arrived at Jenin Governmental Hospital in the West Bank. The hand surgery mission is led by; Dr. Isabelle Auquit, Dr. Arthur Dellestable, Dr. Nicole Le Roux, and Jean-Michel Lemoigne. Fifty-eight patients have been screened for surgery, and operations have begun.
