This week, 9-year-old Ahd from Gaza returned to Los Angeles to continue her orthopedic care. PCRF brought her and her mother two years ago to for surgery to amputate her leg and provide her a prosthesis, treatment not available to her in Gaza. She is with her mother and being treated at the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, and staying at the Ronald McDonald House. She is being supported by volunteers from the PCRF Southern California chapter.
