This week Dr. Nazeeh Abu Dayyah from Germany arrived in the Gaza Strip for his third volunteer mission. Dr. Nazeeh is a spine surgeon who is volunteering at the European Gaza Hospital in Khan Younis, where he is helping to build a neurosurgery spine program. He also brought with him a long list of expensive donated medical supplies and equipment otherwise not available in Gaza.
