UK-based hand surgeon Dr. Asan Rafe returned to Safa’s Hosptial in the Badawi Refugee Camp in northern Lebanon. Dr. Rafe has led several volunteer missions for PCRF to Gaza, Jenin and to Lebanon in the past, providing hundreds of patients free care they otherwise won’t get locally.
