Hoor is a brave survivor from Gaza. Hoor tragically lost her entire immediate family in an Israeli bomb attack. At just one and a half years old, Hoor has endured unimaginable pain, with injuries that included the loss of her left hand and fingers on her right hand. Thanks to the excellent dedication of the State of Qatar and our Treatment Abroad Team, we have facilitated Hoor’s evacuation to Qatar for specialized medical treatment, including surgeries and the fitting of a prosthetic limb. Hoor is the seventh child evacuated under our Treatment Abroad Team, and we at PCRF are committed to ensuring she receives the care, compassion, and support she deserves.
