Injured Gaza Boy Arrives in the USA

Fifteen-year-old Izzeddin is a refugee from Gaza who was shot in the leg last year and suffered an amputation. This week, he arrived in Harrisburg, PA to start having a new leg built and learning to walk again. The boy was greeted at the airport by volunteers from our new PCRF Harrisburg chapter. He is being treated by Lawall at Hershey Inc. on a charitable basis and will have his first appointment this week. Volunteers from the PCRF Harrisburg chapter are generously assisting Izzeddin during his time away from his family. PCRF is the main nonprofit in the world sending sick and injured Palestinian children abroad for free care they cannot get in their homeland.
