Last month 14-year-old Ibrahim from Gaza was sent by PCRF to San Diego for a new leg after he was injured in the 2014 war. Ibrahim is being treated as a charity case at Hanger Clinic. Here he is completing his initial appointment last week to begin a plan of care, where he had measurements taken for the new prosthesis. A local family is hosting Ibrahim during his stay, and our PCRF San Diego chapter members are supporting him during his care.
