This week, a four-member team from Italy are in Rafidiah Hospital in the West Bank town of Nablus providing neurosurgery. The team includes surgeons Dr. Federico Mussa and Dr. Mirko Scagnet, anesthesiologist Dr. Sandra Angileri and ICU nurse Marianna Cioni. The team is helping to train local doctors as well as to provide expert care for patients who otherwise would not have access to neurosurgery.
