This month, PCRF completed the Safe Diabetes Management project in Tulkarem and Nablus, supporting 150 children living with Type 1 Diabetes with essential tools that make daily care safer and more reliable, including glucose monitoring supplies, insulated insulin bags, sterile needles, and medical ID wristbands. Beyond the kits themselves, families gained reassurance, daily routines became more stable, and children were better supported in managing their condition with confidence and consistency.
