This week, American Ophthalmic surgeon Dr. Hamza Khalaf started his week-long volunteer mission Rafidiah Hospital in Nablus. The mission is to provide sight-saving retina surgery using the new Phaco machine purchased by the PCRF for the hospital last year. We are the main NGO in the Middle East providing sight-saving surgery for poor people in Palestine.
