Earlier this month, eleven-year-old Masa from Tulkarem traveled with her mother to Dallas, Texas to receive medical care. Made was born with a congenital spinal condition called myelomeningocele as a result from scoliosis.
Update: This week, Masa had her first appointment with surgical intervention at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and started her halo-therapy during this appointment. She is staring at the hospital with her mother during her therapy and surgery. They are being supported by the amazing members of the Dallas community.
